Peanut Butter and Jellyfish

Strange as it sounds, I've rediscovered Peanut Butter. I actually don't care for PBJ. But I do like Peanut Butter. And I do like Jelly. Yesterday I was wanting a snack and decided to have a piece of bread with Creamy Peanut Butter and it was like I found an old friend. Odd, ain't it?

Jellyfish. Well they are neat, aren't they?

I found this guy at Hansigurumi's Etsy. The pattern was sitting in my Favorites for a while, I wasn't sure if I really wanted to knit a toy. (I haven't had the best of luck in the past.) But, I still want to knit Sheldon and this Jellyfish was too cute to pass up.

I want to make Sheldon for both Jem and Scout for Christmas. (I know, I said no Christmas knitting, but these are for the kids so it doesn't count.) And I want to make a few Jellyfish and maybe an Octopus or two and make a little sea creature mobile for Scout.

Speaking of which...Wicked is <-> that close to being done. I am on the second sleeve, I decided to do 3/4 sleeves, so these are whizzing by.

And I restarted the Wheat Ear Cable Yoke Sweater. I am starting with US 6's and hopefully trying to do the US 7's as my main needle. I may have to work with only the 6's. And I may have to up a size for the sweater. I don't know. But I do know that I will probably have issues with this.

Let the knitting commence.

(BTW, I am feeling much better. I'm still sore, but I'm getting around. Scout and I have been having a wonderful time with the boys gone.)

OK. I posted in my site too but should have posted here. Do you like my SITM pal's sock? If not let me know. And I'm glad you are feeling better!
